So amazing!
This is amazing and exactly what I’ve been looking for! My son loves crayons but is very picky about them. So if he breaks them or anything he won’t use them. But now I can melt them and make giant crayons for him.The only thing is I wish I could stuff it with crayons and throw it into the oven. It took my microwave at least 10 minutes to fully melt the crayons.Everything is made of soft silicone so once the crayon dries it’s easy to clean.

Meh
I soo wanted to love this! But it stretched out too much when trying to get the crayon out. The huge seem on the back is very unsightly! I wish there was something better.

Great science experiment
My students had a great time doing this science experiment as a class. This came with everything in the kit which was very great. The quality of this kit is good because I do have another 2 crayons to make with another class next school year. This is definitely worth the money and worth an experiment to try with your students or kids

Good idea, poor execution
This is such a good idea in theory, but it is not user friendly. My microwave took 8-10 mins to actually melt everything down, and even then it instantly started cooling. It also takes more then the 36 crayons it markets itself as, closer to 38-40. The kit did come with a few extra crayons however. The molds are difficult to use, and because of the side opening, is very hard to fill without pouring hot wax on your fingers, or all over the mold itself. One of mine was a little wonky to begin with as well, causing the opening to be strange. (See red crayon). All of that aside, my 5 year old had an amazing time making giant crayons for his younger brothers birthday, and I know the 3 year old will not care they are not perfect. It is an amazing idea, but I would not recommend actually purchasing it until they can figure out better molds.

Ruined two microwaves
We tried making these as directed in two different microwaves. Both of them broke in the process.
