Quick for ice but ice seen not that thick.

I had to to return the unit because I couldn’t use it, it was way too heavy to get up my stairs. The seller was very helpful in getting me a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  The product look the part, and the light is a nice touch but that about it for positives.The ice falls out in huge slabs not individual cubes. So need to smashed up. Yes you can adjust thickness but they still come out in a slab just when it’s thinner it’s more watery. It needs constant cleaning, the water chamber where water pump is keeps getting clogged up so needs descaling once a week. Which is a pain as I never had to do that with the polar one I had nearly a decade! Now after 2 months the water pump has packed up and have no ice being made, luckily it’s kept whatever was is in the box cold. Just spend the extra £100 and buy a polar ice machine from nesbits. I’d say you buy cheap and you buy twice but this wasn’t cheap is over £300!!

This machine is the worst machine I’ve had so far, been running bars for the last 20 years!!!Doesn’t drain water properly, ice compartment keeps filling with water, machine stop make ice time to time, absolute unreliable garbage!The seller just dragging the time, worst customer service ever, machine is only 3 months old buy the way, had problems with it since I bought it!!! Avoid at all cost it’s cheap for a reason!!!
