There is always something wrong with this watch. It's ether the screen displaying the wrong time or the screen displaying random lines. I purchased the protection plan through Amazon and it's been impossible to successfully submit a claim. I got this watch in the beginning of July, it started to give me issues late October, I contacted Asurion early December, a month later and I'm still having to deal with a useless expensive watch.

Edit: 9 months of use- watch is in perfect looking condition. However, the software literally crashes every day. Polar offers a warranty- but there is a catch. You have to be able to get ahold of them in order to process…. NO PHONE number, they don’t answer their submit a ticket system…. Not happy…. If your software works it’s great, if you’re having the issues we are having, good luck.Picked this up for my wife a few months ago- she loves it. Keeps track of all her activities as we wanted. She enjoys the look and comfort. It has features….. but isn’t jam packed with a bunch of extra stuff. For her- it’s exactly what she wanted- others may want more?
