No pops, and no noise from my cheap boom
I'm using this with an Apogee USB microphone, and it works very well to remove any noise transmitted from my desk down the very cheap microphone arm I have. The Apogee mic just isn't designed for hard mounting, any movement on my desk would be transmitted through to it without some isolation.The pop filter is large enough to cover the microphone well, and still open enough to not muffle sound like some very cheap foam pads do.
