Excellent product

This is for me the best body cream for my dry skin, it is so creamy and it does the job. Very pleased

DON'T BUY this body butter. First is not as shown on side. It's in the old Body Shop packaging, the scent is difrent from previous times and there's no expiry date on the box.I tried it on my hands. A mistake. I had to wash it off as I felt very unpleasant burning on my skin. Even after wishing it off I still felt it for a while.I tried to return it, but I couldn't. When I ordered it nowhere was mentioned that this item can't be returned.I am extremely disappointed I as being customer of the Body Shop for 20 years.

Arrived promptly. Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend. She rates the product very highly.

Did the job - and what a job it does. But the picture that's given is the new casing from Body Shop. I received the old casing, which was also from Body Shop, but an older version, hence the reason I've marked it down. Who knows how long it's been sitting in a warehouse.

Just what a perfect present. Loved by the recipient and think I'll have to buy more.

I have had this product before, and it really suits my skin. So with the Body Shops not being open, purchased through Amazon.

This was bought as a gift for someone else.It is clearly the old style pot, not the one in the picture and when opened did not smell right and the body butter was very soft and runny.When trying to return and get a refund, apparently this item is not eligible for return or refund. This clearly is £15.99 wasted! Be aware!
