Not as accurate as other one I had previously
I took the little basket off and placed back on multiple times and it kept showing up as a different weight, not by much but still 0.2 or 0.3g difference.

Very accurate, very useful
Nice and easy to use (I use it for measuring food). Only downside is that it is very small (abt 15cm x 10cm total, so the weighing area is abt 10cm x 10cm) so anything much bigger than this will cover the numbers and you won't be able to see how much it weighs. However, it is very accurate and perfect for small, light items.

Great for my coffee workflow
Nice compact scales that work perfectly with my Timemore grinder and Aeropress. Ideal for those trips away from home where you want that same great morning coffee experience.

Useful in cooking
I like the design physically, a very good use of materials. That said, it could be a little bigger all round. Not by much though, as its not a major issue. The controls could do with being a little bigger, unless I have particularly 'chubby fingers'. What lets it down a little is the read-out. Knowing what scale you are using helps no end. which is why I gave it four stars. Pity.

Functional and precise
As any precision scale, if you want accuracy you'll need to calibrate it (this scale will require a reference load of 100 and 300 grams), which is an very simple process and clearly described in the instructions it comes with. After calibration, the scale seems to err less than 0.02g (judging by trying again with the same reference weights and trying to move items in different positions of the tray). The reaction time seems to be around 0.7-1s, and the display shows a lock symbol when the weight has been determined (again, this seems to consistently take less than a second). The display is nicely backlit, and the scale includes a pieces counting function (you put 25, or 50, or 75, or 100 items of equal weight on it and tell it how many they are, and from then on it can count such items).
