I replaced the useless plastic breech which comes as standard on a Crosman 2250 with this steel breech kit. It is now possible to get a good sight picture through the rifle scope which wasn't possible with the factory fitted plastic breech. The instructions are clear and it is easy enough to install. I did experience a minor problem in that the pellet was fouling on the tiny breech screw during loading, but there are washer kits available to solve this problem.

Makes a difference, not only to your shooting but the look of the rifle as well. Will replace more parts as and when.

Works well however issue with loading breech where pellet is inserted there is a screw which is sunken and this catches the pellet into loading breech looking to melt wax for smooth slide! also with scope dovetail not compatible to scope had to use packing along dovetail still working out which is incorrect breech or scope?
