I bought a pack of 10 to split up into Christmas gift baskets and kept a few for myself. I tried one last night when I had a migraine and almost as soon as I opened the package it heated up! I didn't have to do anything but open it. It heated up to a comfortable level. Not too hot or too cold or barely there warm. The heat lasted for an hour and a half in my coldish, drafty house! The part that goes around your ears fits very comfortably and stretches without ripping. I have a bigger sized head so I was worried when I first opened the package. I kept getting interrupted with talking while I had it on sitting on the couch so I kept having to move the mask up and down and the straps around my ears stayed put. Then when I finally layed down, I was able to lay on my sides without it moving or ripping. I was so impressed I came back to order a 20 pack all for myself! It really helped my migraine. As far as smell goes, I ordered the chamomille and I could smell it when I first opened the package but not much after that but to me that's not important because I mostly want them for when my head hurts and usually don't care for strong smells when that happens. I was on the line for so long about buying these. I should have bought them sooner. I hope they don't stop making them!

These eye masks are great for my dry eyes and sooooo much better than the cheaper brand that went cool within a few minutes. These stayed hot/warm for 20-30 minutes! No real odor and so easy to use! Great value and they WORK!

Very nice and works as described. Very soothing and they do heat up quickly and very warm, but not uncomfortable at all. Not sure they provide moisture to dry eyes. I have only used twice so may need to use more often.

These are nice. Warm up great not too hot so I think the temp is perfect. Pair this with your normal sleeping eye mask to help it really get closer to your eyes and it’s golden. Only downside is they kinda smell like as they were being packaged they were sprayed with a little perfume. You get used it it but if you’re sensitive to perfumes it may not work for you

Mask is comfortable. Heats up quickly. Definitely is soothing and hopefully will help my dry eyes. Good value.

I bought these when I had a stye. I wanted something disposable along with the reusable one I already had. These smell nice and warm up well. It's nice to have them on hand when my eyes are extra dry after a long day! I will end up purchasing more in the future and try different scents. They are soothing and relaxing.

Gets to a nice warm temperature. Lasts a long time. But didn't really sooth my eyes. Disappointed was hoping to have the same luck as other reviewers have had.Update: Based on this review, the vendor contacted me. After we emailed they just refunded my money based on the product not being right for me. Very nice and unexpected. Much appreciated.
