Works well for neuropathy burning pain
Was looking for relief from SFN neuropathic burning in my neck and shoulders. This really helps the burning calm down and then stop. I highly recommend this product.

Pain Relief
I've used the gold standard CAPZASIN cream .1% for 12 years for nerve condition relief. I tried this product as a possible additional product, but with NO relief. Disappointing...

Works great
If you want the heat you need to open your pours with a hot wash rag. If you get hot and sweat you will feel the heat. I like the heat others complain about. Too hot? don't use so much. Works on my knees and my back.

Easy to use
I use this cream for pain relief in my hands and wrists. It works pretty good. It goes on white and dries clear.

Keep it out of your eyes!
Works fairly well, wash your hands WELL after applying. Just when you think that you have washed your hands enough..WASH THEM AGAIN! DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES! IT burns!!!

Works great
This product worked great for me, and it is a little less expensive than the more well-known brand of capsaicin cream. Some people have complained and given bad reviews of this product because it burns their skin. It’s supposed to! There are all sorts of warnings about that on the packaging. Any cream with capsaicin is it is going to burn. You just have to know that and use it carefully. For example, I would never use capsaicin cream on my fingers—or even hands—because of the risk of accidentally touching my lip or eye OR SOMEONE ELSE (like a child) and burning them. I am extra careful when applying it. I use a glove and also wash my hands very thoroughly afterwards. That way, I have no problems with accidentally transferring the cream. I also let it dry thoroughly before dressing to reduce transferring it to my clothing. It has given me relief, and I absolutely recommend it.

It works
Capsaicin works differently than products with menthol. It warms the area and it takes a while to notice any relief. A little goes a long way as it can get too hot if you use too much.
