It fits well and adjusts as tight as want depending on what I'm doing. I bought it to wear while I'm working cleaning houses. It'll inch, rub, and cause a red area on my upper belly. I'm not feeling any relief in my lower back pain.

I Purchased this product to smooth out my belly, but it seems like you have to be thin for it to work properly. Where are you close and it attaches to the Velcro The lower end does not lay flat

This shaper fits pretty much as expected, i'm 5'7", 125 and got the SM-Med - and it just fits around me very snuggly. It's much more 'industrial' weight than i expected. I was hoping to wear it under clothing/pants and get the support and maybe benefit a little from the shaping aspect of the garment but it's just too bulky. I find that it's also way too hot/tight to use while power walking/running.

I’m really glad I purchased this. The adjustable design is just strong enough to alleviate my lower back pain and sturdy enough to help promote good posture. More importantly, It's comfortable and I can wear it all day long as it’s thin enough to not look bulky under clothes! It actually enhances my core area and gives me a more defined thinner shape. But in no way should this be confused with a corset. Corsets are tedious to cinch up and this adjustable design is easy to wear and adjust. NOTE : Follow the measurement requirements carefully. I could have fit in the smaller size but am glad I purchased what was recommended.

Product is as described, but runs short. As I am long-waisted, it does not work for slimming because my body bulges out from below (and I am a small person, 5'4", and 120 lbs). Also, it is too bulky to be used as a smoother. Because of the overlap and adjustments, it is clearly visible under most clothing. I also found it to be uncomfortable against my skin. However, it does provide good back support and I will wear it at home, over my clothes, while working at my computer. My personal opinion is that it is fine for back support but nothing more, and I'm disappointed in Gwyneth Paltrow for promoting it. She has lost all credibility with me.
