The smell wasn’t too much it was subtle, it defined my curls well like really well it clumped them very nicely, it has that crunch when it dries but you can just scrunch it out or clap it the hold is decent

It has light hold and works well with other products. I wish it came in a 16 ounce jar.

This stuff does wonders to my thick. Jelly hair.

I unfortunately didn’t get to try it out bc it came in damaged. Smelled good though.

Perfect for thick curly hair

I've tried this gel a few different ways. It doesn't work well for me on its own. My curls are a little too stubborn and still looked frizzy instead of soft. It works best for me as a second or third day refresh. I wet my hair until it's practically dripping and rake a quarter-sized dollop through my wet curls. It works with my normal product without making my hair crunchy.
