I have noticed a great improvement in my skin, hair and nails. Tasteless in my coffee.

I’m of an age where I keep seeing adverts telling me I need collagen. Been taking it in my morning cuppa for a few weeks (you really can’t taste it) and I think there’s an improvement in my skin. Nothing vast, I don’t suddenly look 30 again but just an all over smoother fuller appearance. I’m really hopeful my hair and nails will also be better for using it, though that will take a little longer to appreciate.

I have tried many marine collagens and I find this Ancient and Brave one excellent as it dissolves easily in hot drinks (I have it in my coffee every morning) and is tasteless but adds a lovely texture. I exercise a lot and it helps my muscle recovery - I don’t feel stiff and achy after big workouts.

I put a teaspoon full into my morning coffee each day and it dissolves so easily, plus it as no taste to it. The coffee tastes just like coffee.I decided to take it as I'm a woman of a certain age who is starting to lose her hair.Have heard good things from a friend who took this for the same reason and here hair has really thicker up over the last year.Watch this space.

This is great , has a slight taste but easily disguisedTime will tell how it works
