Hey I ordered pack of 6 panda bear diaries with pen n keychain bt recieved only 2 pair

Incorrect quantity delivered
I like the product very much. The quality is good and it’s worth. However the major concern is with quantity. I have tried ordering 18 pieces twice which is quantity 3(pack of 6), but ended up receiving only 6 pieces which is quantity 1. After two order experience I would like the seller to take this feedback seriously and work on it.
