Can baby move their arms up?

This says it is 100% cottony but the tag says one of the shells is polyester?

How can you tell when to size up besides the baby’a weight?

If the Sleepea swaddle appears to be snug length/width-wise then it may be time to size up.

Can just one arm be left out of the swaddle ? I'm looking to transition my 3 month old baby out of his swaddle

Yes! These swaddles are great because you tuck both, one, or leave both arms out. The shoulder area has snaps to close the swaddle if you want to keep your baby’s arms in. We used these to transition our son around 3 months. He now sleeps with both arms out at 5 months and we just ordered the next size up!
