Good phone, not bad for hard working conditions, and the picture quality is perfect

This phone has very poor screen quality, many of the samsung apps aren't compatible, it disconects from Verizon network very often and glitches all the time. Two days after the warrsnty expired for return the phone die completely even after resseting it. I'm stocked with a worthless cell phone I DON'T recommend buying this crappy phone.

A good phone for basic use, I bought it for my son, most of time he use it for calling and texting only. Also, this phone has a child mode, when you switch to this mode, it has limited function, easy for parents to control screen time.

Very durable and rugged! Great phone! Absolutely will recommend it to others!

The media could not be loaded.  I'm not typically a pessimist but this phone is the slowest phone to present yourself with in 2023. I'm keeping it because I've voted for it; you can't really tell from the video but once you get into your details (IG, maybe Facebook, call of duty) you can really tell this phone is not worth the price point based on software. The waterproof is untested but I did drop it so I know it doesn't crack. I like the rugged phone cause I'm always dropping it and it's nice to know you can use it in the pool or the shower, you're obviously not going to be pressing any buttons underwater with it but other than the outer layered features you'd be much happier with a different brand. If you're reading this, use your money elsewhere; just because you find the word doogee interesting if, maybe, like I do..doesn't mean it's anything but--. I thought it'd be a nice phone.

Phone is fine for a basic rugged smart phone, but it stopped communicating with the T-mobile network. Spent hours working with T-mobile trying to get it to work but no avail.Keeps flashing no Sim card or only gets in 1 bar of 2g signal, so can't do anything on the internet. Other phones on the same network and plan sitting right next to the phone have full bars of service, so its the phone.

I bought this rugged phone because I always drop things. Aside from being shockproof and easy to use, this phone looks nice. The battery life is especially impressive. After using it for some time now, I have grown fond of this phone.

Had this phone crash three times in as many days, repeatedly getting into a state at boot where it would need a factory reset. Wish I did more research before buying as apart from this unusable condition, the software itself seems bloated (non-stock Android) and out of your control (too many apps you can't disable or remove that aren't stock); neither are doing the meager hardware any favors. I almost never return anything, but this phone is literally unusable unless you enjoy resetting your phone every few hours of use - maybe we got a dud, but if so that's poor quality control.
