As a pediatric occupational therapist in early intervention, these are my “go to” scissors when starting snipping skills with toddlers. I use them with my right-hand dominant children. Although the scissors will cut using the left hand, my left-hand dominant clients struggle with cutting as it requires the hand to be neutral and not turned. The scissors have colors to help cue where to place the thumb, the sizing is excellent for small hands, and the safety factor is a huge plus! I am grateful for the optional mechanism to help open the scissors as they gain skills for cutting.

These are great for my little grandkids--they only cut paper. They tried to cut their hair with these, but that just didn't work. LOL Great product.

I love that these cut paper and not anything else. I remember when I was growing up and cut my brothers' hair. That can't happen with these! The assist that can be flipped down is an excellent idea. They aren't the best cutting, but they work well enough for what is needed. The colors are bright, so kids like to use them and the size is perfect for small hands. I like the safety of these, knowing that beginners can't hurt themselves with a scissors. Overall, they were a good purchase.

These are the best safety scissors I have ever purchased. In past I have purchased Crayola and a generic brand. They cut paper cleanly and without tearing the paper. They do not cut hair, fabric or skin.

Nice for toddlers learning to cut with scissors. You dont have to worry about them cutting themselves.

Decent training scissors for beginners — they’re safe and easy for little hands to grip. However, they struggle to cut through anything thicker than regular paper, which can be frustrating for kids.

These safety scissors are very safe but yet they cut paper very well. They are a great value for the money. I have a 2 and a 4 year old who have no issue using these. You could not cut yourself with these if you tried and there are no pointy angles. They are comfortable for child or adult use as well. Definitely recommend these
