A little goes a long way
The health benefits of A2 ghee are well-established due to the ancient origin of the product. Put simply, the casein (A2 beta-casein as opposed to A1) in the milk itself is healthier to begin with, and this is enhanced by the milk being fermented before being churned. This product is not cheap but is very powerful, making it more economical. Compared to clarified butter, smaller amounts work well, especially in soup, with pasta, lentils, etc. to create an elegant, rounded depth of flavor. In baking, as a substitute for butter, the net effect is far more rich.

Texture and smell are off
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Purchased this product because it comes in a glass bottle and promised to be the best homestyle ghee in the market. The first small jar we tried was fine and we ordered more but this time both the small and big jars were completely different in taste and smell. Smell: Very weird smell, not atall authentic ghee type.

Good but Spilled in Transit
Love this product, but the product spilled in transit. Usually not a problem, but this ghee is quite expensive, so my family was disappointed :(

The ghee is super high quality. A little runnier than your typical ghee. My only issue is the packaging. Plastic jar, label not put on very well, and the seal doesn't come off cleanly. They sell a glass version for and additional $13, but that doesn't seem very fair to me. This is already a very expensive product.

It is truly that meri dadi vaala ghee. That smell. My dadi used to make ghee from churned yogurt. Smelled exactly the same.
