Bought as Christmas present product as described so shoukd be a lot of fun for grand children

We are a homeschooling family that has a Autistic 11 year old Daughter and I am very happy to say that this clay modelling kit is just fantastic and so much fun to play and model with!I even sit with our Daughters and have a go at it myself and I am 33 years old, haha.The clay comes in all beautiful different colours and everything is packaged and protected lovely, you even get little bags with the kit to rebag the clay you have not used keeping it moist and from drying out until the next time you want to play with it again.The clay dries like a lightweight foam thing rather than the usual heavy clay that I have used in schools but I think that fact is brilliant as you can create some lovely keyrings and alsorts of little models to keep or gift even!The clay does smell very perfumed upon using but its not a unpleasant smell it is just like a very floral scent but nothing nasty and I would like to add also that it did not cause any irritations to our hands at all whilst using and modelling with it.There is also a little booklet what is provided with this kit and it has all different models and step by step guides how to create each one, so it really is brilliant and educational at the same time, so much fun!You get plenty of clay provided and this would last quite a while I reckon too.Love this and keeps the kids quiet for quite a few hours for sure. Win, Win!

I got this for my daughter who is 5 and she loves it. It is such a family thing. This is air dry clay and when it says airdry it does just airdry.It comes with 42 different colours which are all individually packed in their own bags, extra bags to put the clay you've used back into them to keep them fresh, clay cutters lots of them, so many different shapes, little knives which are double ended to cut the clay or put fun little patterns in it, it comes with plastic eyes, feet, beaks, glasses. As well as a bag of googly eyes. It comes with an instruction booklet which gives you a step by step guide on how to make things however you can make anything you want.The clay is almost like bluetac, it;s very soft, doesn't leave a residue and doesn't have a small either, it's not like playdoh where little bits fall off and you find them everywhere and you've got to constantly pick them up , you can mix the colours to make fun marble effects. Once you've made your little model just simply leave it to dry. You can keep your little models or you can simply just roll the clay back up and it goes back to normal so you can play with it again. ME and my daughter have had so much fun with this, It is very cheap for such fun, great for all the family to play with. So many colours and accessories. Great product we will have much more fun with this.

This is excellent value for the amount you get in this kit (£23.99 at the time of review). With 42 colours, you can let your creativity run wild. The packs of clay are not particularly large, so you may be limited to small models, but there is a lot of choice. The clay itself does not completely harden, it retains a slightly spongy texture once dry. It has quite a strong artificial floral smell which I pesonally found quite pleasant to work with. Everything you need to get started working with is included. As you are unlikely to use an entire bag of a single colour in one go, small bags are included to store opened excess clay.There's a large number of tools provided, but we found this type of air drying clay is very soft and sticky to work with so does not respond well to the shape cutters. The added plastic accessories are a nice idea to help young children build basic models and simply add on things like a hat or arms and legs. The clay itself is easy to work with and any small pieces will start to dry pretty quickly. The clay is quite soft and sticky but this is useful when attaching parts to a model. A modeling board is included but this is the only disappointing part of the kit as it is just a cardboard circle (I was expecting a sturdier plastic one). I also hoped it had a all joint tool for making eye/socket indentations.This is a great kit to spend an afternoon building with. Kids can be left alone to play with it. It's not too messy as any small pieces will dry out pretty quickly. It offers a great selection and is fantastic value. I thoroughly recommend this.

What a fantastic set this is for some modelling fun,it comes in a really nicely presented box with images of things to make on the reverse.On opening the box there are all the cutting and shape tools, a bag of funny arms,legs and eyes, a cutting and rolling mat,a rolling pin,a set of tutorial cards and an instruction manual.The air clay has 42 different colours in the box and the feel is like a soft spongy type it dries quickly but not to fast you can't model it, it needs to be sealed after you have taken what you need from the packet so it won't dry before you use it again.There are endless things that could be made from it,it's just having the good imagination of a 10 year old.It's priced at £19.99 at the time of writing this review and for the content you get i would say it's worth the money as it can bring hours of peace and quiet 😁.
