I purchased this rear slide cover 1/4/25 in hopes to decorate my G19. It’s a great product and very well made.However, the rear slide cover I ordered from this seller is not an accurate replica of the original Glock made slide cover.Yes, it does fit, it does slide into position like it should but it DOES NOT click and lock into position like it should.Once you have installed the rear slide cover all you have to do is push down on it and it slides right off. This SHOULD NOT happen. It should lock into position like the original slide cover and not be able to move once installed. It’s unsafe to use and operate the pistol with this product.My stock rear slide cover has a small notch cut out on the top end of the slide cover and this “aftermarket” cover did not have that. Maybe that’s the cause of it not locking into position fully…I’m not sure but either way I removed the product and sent it back to the seller.
