not for use on new home receivers
i bought a new denon 760 receiver for the house. tried to use my old sub speaker wire powered.bought these plugs to connect the subs but guess what the new receiver don't come with built in sub amps to power my subs

Did not work for my project
Small connectors that fit bare wire speaker wires into RCA plugs on back of "all in one" type of stereo, but audio was so low and not controlled by volume knob on stereo that the item was useless. Good product and great price, but it just didn't work for my project. I was able to return to Amazon for full refund to include sales tax.

easy!!
Great for travel trailers that have loose wires that go to speakers. These are easy to install!!

Very thin center post
Easy to use and install. The problem is the center post came off after using it four times. The metal post is as thin as tin foil. I literally squished it with two fingers. It has a plastic center covered with tin foil. Bad design.
