I bought this for a family member who left us too soon (24 years old). He was my 2nd cousin so I bought this for his mom. I was worried that it was going to be overly big, but it's not. My grandfather passed about a week later so I'm going to purchase another for my dad to use as a keychain.I received an email indicating that these necklaces have a lifetime warranty, which is a major plus. Also, great price for the quality. Would recommend.

Will be purchasing more from them! Literally the first one I purchased was the round twisty top and my husband lost it in a week! The square design works way better and this company offers free replacement, the round cylinder did not! Go with this one they seem to care just a little more which means a lot!

I really appreciated the personalization, thats something I really really like, they even added a little locket with a custom picture. HOWEVER it can barely hold any ashes, any.. the top does not seal properly if there is some in the actual urn part. The urn has actually fallen-off twice now because if any ashes are in it, the top-screw can not fasten all the way.Another thing is the stone they included was separate where I thought it would replace the diamond on the urn, but it comes with the diamond-looking stone AND a separate other piece.

Our beloved furbaby passed in October and we ordered these for our boys. They are made well and they loved them.
