I’m 11 months postpartum and I now have elastic nipples, these inserts are the only thing that are helping me pump!! If I don’t use these, my nipples go past the regular sized inserts. They’re great quality!

They fit the stride cups fine but they affected the suction. I pumped for 45 mins and barely got an ounce out of my non-slacker.Took the insert out and just used the original flange, and was able to get 3oz. Tried multiple times and got the same result.And it’s not a size issue, I use the long version in the same mm for my spectra. And consistently get 3-4oz out of the same side each session.

I really needed inserts for my pumps. These got with multiple pumps.

These inserts were not the best. They are very hard to see through so it is hard to see if your nipple is in the right place or not. So I found my self pulling my nipple out every few seconds to make sure it was centered. When I was done they are almost impossible to get out. Which I wouldn't have minded but if you don't get it out to clean milk gets stuck behind it. So its a tight fit but not good enough to leave permanently. I stopped using after three uses. The process of using it was more work then it was worth.

I purchased these for my elvie hands free pump and they fit perfectly they are super comfortable and come out easily for cleaning
