As you'd expect being BSN its a great product,I normally drink this throughout my workout at the gym & feel it helps give me a little boost, especially when ur getting towards the end of your workout.I personally went for the Watermelon flavour which I think tastes great, it has a really nice refreshing taste which isn't overly sweet. I haven't had chance to try the other flavours yet so i can't comment on which is the best out of them all but I'm back for a second tub to restock so i'm going try a new flavour this time round & update this when I've tried them all.One thing I will say though it mixes up with the water extremely well, only takes a matter of seconds before being ready to drink, while mixing it there is a little pressure build up in the shaker cup but nothing major just make sure u got hold of the lid while your shaking.On the whole i'm really impressed with this product however there is one tiny bad point well for me at least, I just find on the 435g tubs its really tight on the opening & I cant get my hand past my knuckles so now that I'm almost out of my AminoX I'm struggling to get the few scoops out, could of done with a slightly longer scoop or a wider opening on the tub but other than that I love the product & is 5stars from me

I have used a few different BCAA drink in the past for other brands (Optimum Nutrition, My Protein, The Protein Works) and there is a few things in my opinion which makes BSN's amino drink to be one of the best.First is the would be the taste. Now at this point I have used the Classic cola and watermelon flavor both have managed to deliver a very enjoyable flavor that you can easily drink. Compared to other brands were the drink was way to sweet it was like drinking sugar, BSN have managed to get a good consistency between flavor balance.Next would be to talk about the performance of the product, over all when taking BCAA supplements if you compare your workout before using any to after you will definitely see an improvement. For me this helps in cutting down recovery time for day to day workouts. I use this an interim workout supplement (drinking when when working out).Overall i would defiantly recommend this to anyone looking to start taking BCAA supplements or people wanting to make the switch from different brand.

Good flavour, Lemon and Lime not the best and Cola one is very sweet. Recommend Grape, Fruit punch and Watermelon from previous purchases. Only con I got is that I ordered with the perception of receiving the new packaging, but I was presented with the old tubs.

Loved the flavour, it reminds me of Koolaid 🤤 I bought this to keep me going while I’m on my bike courier shift. I’m often cycling for 4 hours at a time with a big bulky bag on my back, having to cycle up hills etc. Even if I have a coffee in the morning sometimes I just can’t cycle all the way up the hills, I have to get off my bike and walk. However with just one scoop I had a very productive shift and barely needed to stop. Exactly what I need.

Great product, although the flavour is incredibly sweet! I highly recommend diluting 1 scoop to 500ml or more of water! Apart from that it’s fantastic!

I've tried many well known brands such as usn, applied nutrition, scivation etc. But taste wise this is by far the best. Dont usually go for bcaa powders that contain taurine but I brought this for them days where I need the push as I drink during my workouts regardless of which bcaas it is. Worth the money and price.

Ideal for muscle recovery - tastes great. I have mine as I work out - helps me stay hydrated at the same time as repairing muscles. Wouldn't expect any less from a trusted brand like BSN... Watermelon 😋

Taste lush,very refreshing ,but the looks half empty,which I think is a waste of a large tub,don't know how long it will last as I'm gym monkey every day
