We received items as described and in good condition. We also received items quickly and well packaged for shipping. Easy to install and worked well.

These worked well and resulted in good connections with copper wire and banana plugs. The only challenge was installing the finish plate screws because the holes are too small for the screws supplied. The screws had a blunt end and would not start. Easy fix drilling larger holes. Supplier should either supply a pointed screw or use larger holes.
