All I can say is that my receding gums seem to have benefited from it. One month or so after I started using this product my dentist notice the improvement !The gums already looked healthier and alive and now - after two months or so - some gums have completely recovered areas of the front teeth and incisive that had receded. Others not so much but there seems to be an improvement.I have been using it for more than two months now and without wishing to give away my age (cough) I suspect this unique product should work faster with younger users - as long as they are patient and determined.This is how I use it! which, by the way, is not the way recommended by the manufacturer so use your own discretion if you decide to take the "risk" - as it were. This is a 100% natural product!After flossing the teeth carefully (followed by a water jet) and brushing them gently; I apply the product directly on the edge of the gums with the tip of a cottonette. Spread it around the gums with the tip of your tongue. Leave it a couple of minutes, and then spit it out.I avoid gargling with water to let the product work on the gums through the night - or the day, as the case may be.NB You will need to deep the cottonette several times depending on the area of the gums you are treating.iI would be unhygienic to deep the cottonnette repeatedly into the bottle. Obviously. I first but aside a bit of the herbal on a small bottle cap I have, I and dip the cottonette there - NOT in the product's bottle itself!The taste is rather pleasant. Applying the product this way, the bottle has lasted me a couple of months so far.I will order again when this one finishes - or before it does!Hope the feedback helps. Good luck.

Sore gums sorted out in next to no time. I don't use it with an oral irrigator, just swish it vigorously through my teeth (diluted as instructed for an irrigator!) as a mouthwash I've used this product on and off for three years and would highly recommend it. Even though I didn't purchase it for sensitive teeth, I've noticed a reduction in that as well. All in all a top product!

I use this in my Oral irrigator and it really makes a difference to my oral health. My bathroom smells like a dentists after use which is clean and clinical :). Comes with a convenient pump attachment making it easy to measure out by presses. I can highly recommend this product for use in Oral irrigators. No alcohol too which is a bonus.

I have only begun using this product for a week and already my tooth sensitivity has reduced. I followed one of the reviewers usage, to put a few drops into a cap and add a tad of water. Using a cotton bud, I ran it along the gum line. I do have a water flosser also. But this seemed to work quickly. The only thing is that some of it tends to go down the back of my throat and this caused a little indigestion. I have started to use it earlier before bedtime.

Arrived quickly. Having an underactive thyroid, I use this instead of a mouthwash containing fluoride (disaster for the thyroid). First discovered it when I found out I had a dental 'pocket' and, even though the periodontist said the pocket would never improve, it went from a 9 to a 7 in 3 months. Some of the improvement was, I'm sure, due to the Perioclease used as a mouthwash and in the Waterpick machine.

just recieved, the pump it comes with is so 90s, very wasteful way of doing, ive just done my 1st use of it and wasted more than i used from pump, syringe far better if supplied, at this price you cant afford waste from pump so thats in the bin now

This product is great. I stumbled upon it when I was ordering my waterpick. It Leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. It's 100 times better than any mouthwash and I like the fact that there are all natural ingredients in it as opposed to chemicals - lovely fresh breath - I also put a drop on my toothbrush. Have recommended it to others.

Bought purely off the back of reviews. Had sore gums in lock down & my very first abcess. Purchased 3 products, the toothpast, the mouthwash & this rinse u put in a oral washer.Didnt make a single difference, tasted horrid, overpriced & wasted £34 on these products.No I wouldn't recommend or purchase again
