To be honest I have tasted better mealworms. But, surprisingly, the garden birds loved them. Who'd have thought.

Considering these had to be posted they're of excellent value. I usually pop to myhills in diss Norfolk where I live but I've been without a car for sometime... And actually these were about 30p more delivered. Couldn't have driven to diss for that from where I live. Happy hamsters.

Most of the livefood was ok ,the container had been put into a plastic parcel bag which offered no protection when the container was crushed being delivered. Most of the worms were out in the bag. Some of the mealworms were already dead and small flies kept coming out the bag when I looked closer there were small worms that were clearly not mealworms into the bag .
