This may be TMI, but if it helps others then it's worth it and I don't really care. So I turned 30 last year...And I have never had regular periods EVER in my life, I didn't order this to help me get pregnant, I ordered this because I used to go anywhere between 3-6 months without having a period my entire life until I turned 30, and then...I started BLEEDING every 2 weeks like clock work for about 8 months straight. I went and saw like 3 different doctors about the issue, and got ZERO answers/help for my problem other than them wanting to put me on birth control, which is just not something I want to do. So because of what I know about the human body from studying Esthetics, and the effects that hormones can have on the body, and because I already knew that I am Estrogen Dominant, I set out to help myself since doctors just couldn't seem to help me. First I read about the benefits of I3C, found a supplement and after about 2 weeks and tons of flatulance, I finally got relief from the bleeding, for about 3 months, and then...It came back worse to where I was just bleeding nonstop every day for 30 days and then I would stop and spot for like a day or two and then start right back up with the bleeding. Then, I tried a DIM supplement after going back and forth with stuff I read about how it's better than I3C and vice versa, yeah it did absolutely nothing for me. SO, I started digging deeper into my estrogen dominance issue, and up on doing research came across this GEM, and after reading through many positive reviews on it a few standing out to me about women regulating their cycles, I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I have not been disappointed, I saw a difference in my bleeding within about 3 or 4 days compared to 2 weeks with the I3C, and so far it has remained consistant (I've taken it for about 30 days now) and that was without taking the full recommended dose at first. Now, I have not stopped bleeding completely yet, but at least I no longer have to keep feminine products on hand everywhere I go, and I can actually have a sex life again (my husband is grateful for that). I've also noticed that my mood has improved overall, I feel like I sleep better, and I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up quite a bit as well. I think it will take more time to tell how this will work for me long term, but so far it is helping a lot, there's not much about it that is negative, other than the pills are much larger than the I3C pills I was taking, and I will say that after taking it for about 2-3 weeks I did begin to experience some gastrointestinal issues that weren't very pleasant, but have since subsided so far and after googling chaste tree berry extract which is the main ingredient, that is known to be a common side effect that people may experience when taking it, and honestly in my opinion is a rather small price to pay and I would rather experience a bit of tummy discomfort than bleed every single day. Overall so far this has been a great product and the price point is good as well. Like I said, only time will tell just how well this will work out for me, but given the results I have seen so far, I am definitely going to keep using it for now and am hopeful that I will continue to see even better results later on.

I am 35 years old now and have a 4yo. When I was 27, my skin changed drastically—maybe due to age and hormones. I NEVER suffered with acne through high school or college, but for some reason once 27 hit, my skin blew up. My face looked like it could be the before shot on a Proactiv commercial. So I did my own shopping around on Amazon and decided to order a bottle of Dong Quai and then this Vitex+ chaste tree berry extract. I have been taking 2 of the vitex+ pills daily for the last month and I cannot believe that my hormonal acne is cleared up. I started noticing within 6 days of using it. I also went through my first menstrual cycle without having an explosion of acne in the week leading up to my period AND although my period started a week sooner this first time, it was much lighter.I get the occasional tiny zit from time-to-time based on what I just ate or how much I'm touching my face, but this Vitex+ chaste tree extract honest to God worked to help balance my hormones and calm my skin. It improved a few other things, too :)I'll be subscribing to this bottle every month seeing as how it's less than half the price I was paying for some of the dedicated women's hormone vitamins that are floating around out there. I'll try dropping down to 1 pill daily and if my skin starts acting out again, I'll return to 2 pills. I'll try to update this review in a month!If you suffer from bad hormonal acne, give this a try!
