Does operate as advertised, but setting it up is unnecessarily complex
To set it up to do Modbus to MQTT you need to run software (downloadable easily) and upload settings to the device. The whole process could be made much easier with a better UI (any UI?) on the device itself.More of a problem is that the user guide and the user interface are written in a perplexing approximation of English.Bottom line: it does work, but you will suffer trying to get it set up.
