Very adequate replacement for broken phone. Easy switch over of data. Phone works well

This phone is great quality. So far my husband has not had any issues with it. It works great. The only thing is make sure you have a case for it because it is not shatter proof. That is the only downside to it. So sad to say we had to purchase this phone twice lol but once we put a case on the second one everything has been fine.

I'm Really bad about dropping my phone so bought this one as a replacement for the one I broke, again. It looked great but to protect it, I put a screen protector on immediately. It's how I found there are already a couple of chips in the screen before I even took it out of the box. Other than that, it's a great phone.

The phone arrived in nice shape, and I was prepared to use my new phone. I went to insert the SIM card and the name Cricket Network came up? Now I have T-Mobile which was supposed to be supported by the phone, but it was locked to Cricket. I thought it was the seller but this seller has been so helpful in trying to help me get a refund, Amazon wants me to wait a month for a refund that they sold to me that didn't work.Needing a phone, I took my last money for the month (I'm on a fixed income) and ordered another one hoping for the best. "How stupid could I have been", the second one came in and the SIM card door wouldn't even open and it was all scratched up like the last person tried to get it open and discovered they couldn't get it open either! What the hell.....So here I go to return it too, then I found out it could take up to 30 days to get a refund for a phone that was sold as "unlocked". Now I have to wait until next month to be able to get a phone because of their poor-quality products.Then the biggest kick in the head came when I had to return it, even though Amazon sold me the phone that I couldn't use, they wanted me to pay $7.99 to have it picked up by UPS for the return? I don't drive and that's why I order through them but they didn't care and I had to pay someone to take me to the UPS store anyway!I'll never order another phone from Amazon!

It may be a 2022 model but it does Android 13, has a great camera, plenty of storage and is fast. What more do you need? Mine was supposedly refurbished but it looks brand new and the charger that came with it is awesome, complete with a display that shows voltage and amperage - very cool. You don't need to spend $600 for a phone they does everything.

Excellent value for the price

I understand that this is a low budget phone but I had a lot of issues with it. I owned two. I bought one and received a replacement and they both had the same issue.It could not run two apps at once. For instance, music and games or the banking app will close when taking a picture of the check to deposit.Calls were terrible, I assume for the same reason. They would drop or I could hear they but they could not hear me.
