Med-Fit Safe-Trac Overdoor Cervical Traction Unit - Ideal for Home use

I purchased one of these on the advice of my physio. She specifically recommended a ratchet type one as opposed to the water bag ones ( I can see why ) but I origianlyl purchased a cheaper ratchet one from here which was around £20 but was sent back as not fir for purpose (or as described).I bit the bullet and went for one of these instead, however the same seller does these on Ebay for £10 less so I ended up buying it from there.It's a good solid construction and quick and easy to put together. The head straps took a little working out as the picture wasn't immediately clear which way around it does (for reference the small velcro straps go at the front and attach to the rear.Its easy to use and each click adds gradual pressure, so no sudden large increases in it. To finish, just release the velcro straps and it comes off over your head.The only issue I;m having is that it feels like I'm looking up too much. It still provides traction, but will probably have to check with my physio that I'm doing it correctly. Hopefully this will do the job and provide some relief in the longrun.

Would not recommend this product. This product is unenforceable and will hurt your teeth.

I get really nasty neck and shoulder pain after suffering acute torticollis a few years back and this has really helped alleviate the pain.
