These tablets are massive, I normally snap one in half and take each half seperatly. That being said, they are a wonderful addition to my supplements and have greatly relieved muscle pain & cramping. Overall I would not be without! Just to echo similar sentiments in the comments here - they do come wrapped in an unnessacary amount of plastic packaging. Please innopure - cut down on the plastic waste.

I ordered this supplement after an ayurvedic doctor I've been working with recommended I start taking calcium, magnesium, and zinc (I was already taking zinc). I'm being somewhat dramatic, but these capsules almost immediately changed my life. From the day I began taking them with my breakfast, I noticed a huge increase in my energy level and my mental clarity. Perhaps I was incredibly deficient in calcium or magnesium, or alternatively these supplements balance me out from the high levels of chalk and minerals in Danish water, but truly, my day to day experience was earth-shattering. I will be taking this supplement religiously from now on. A note that I cannot compare to other brands as this is the first time I've tried this blend of minerals, however, my experience with supplements is that it usually takes 4-5 days to notice a difference, and with this one, it was immediate. Of course these three minerals are essential and them being in balance with one another is key, and still, seeing such an immediate change is remarkable in my experience. So. Something is clearly working well and I'm very thrilled about those unexpected results. I've been telling all my friends to pick this one up. Highly recommended.

Not sure if a placebo effect but 2 days after starting taking them my jaw felt less painful from teeth grinding. But they are huge tablets, not for the faint hearted!

Great product and good value for money. Only problem is the tablets are quite large but easy to break in half. Will be buying again.

Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc have a number of health benefits, particularly if you are over a certain age. It is recommended to take two pills a day with food so this 120 tablet pack will last a couple of months. If you can afford it, I would suggest buying the larger volume pack. The tablets are best taken one at a time as they are quite large. I expect that these will offer long term benefits. Says to take 2 tablets which ends up being 400mg of magnesium which is ur full safe daily dosage, more reputable sources even say its really 350mg! Tablets themselves are not bad at all just take 1 tablet a day not 2.
