So much better quality than any headset - would highly recommend

Works perfectly, straight out of the box, and it means that while the rest of the office sit with microphones in front of them like Rosemary the Telephone Operator, I can use a traditional handset.On the down-side, there's no proper stand, just a tiny cradle with double sided tape to stick it on to something.

Bought this so I didn't have to wear a 'call centre' headset at work. It's great. No installation needed and no issues with sound quality

It might be better if it attached to your head in some way to keep both your hands free.

Bought two handsets for our office computers. Within weeks (conveniently, just after the return window had closed), we began having problems with connectivity. The usb connection is very loose, which leads to callers being unable to hear what we are saying.This occurred on the first handset but I was willing to take it for bad luck. However, after purchasing a second handset and exactly the same thing happening, I’m inclined to believe it is a poor product, and I have wasted my money on two occasions.

I use with Lync for work when I can't be bothered to grab my headset. Somehow seems more natural to pick up the handset for short calls. The unit plugs straight in and installs without issue and once in use it is very clear and very very loud! I have to turn down the volume between using my headset and this handset! But - no complaints for the price, other than it's just a shame it doesn't have a mute button.

I like this phone hand set for using with Skype. It comes with a small self adhesive cradle to hang it on the wall, which keep the desk free from clutter. The sound is so clear.
