Great product and the mat it comes it is great for protecting surfaces.

It’s basically a big candle, but it’s a good big candle. I had low expectations of this but the flames were higher and stronger than I expected. Would be perfect for a tabletop at a spring or summer party. I wouldn’t recommend this as a heat source, you’ll freeze to death unless you’re using it in Miami or the Bahamas.

We've been using camp candles for the last couple years in places where fire restrictions exist or when carrying firewood is impractical. Larger candles have a surprisingly good heat output, but only last a few hours. It's usually long enough, but sometimes you want more. We bought these for a little additional heat or to extend our evenings a little bit. Interestingly we found these burn an hour or so longer than our 8" Radiate candles. Those will give us 3-4 hours of fire, and these tend to go over 4.We will definitely buy these again.

Excellent product for camping especially during the fire seasons when campfires are prohibited! The concrete holder prevents accidental burning and it enhances the product.

I had very low expectations. And I never leave reviews. But this little thing is awesome. I would definitely buy again.

I'll start off by saying, this is not an adequate heat source. I would not use this as a heat source during a power outage; as it wouldn't be safe indoors. Even for camping, I wouldn't expect this to put out much heat. Other than that, it's a nice little tabletop firepit. The mat it comes with is handy as well; as it makes the pit a little safer. For the price point it is kind of expensive, because you're paying more for the mat than the 2 candles since they're only $12 for 2. With that being said, I'll still give a 4 star rating, but I think they should've included a 2nd mat.

This little portable "fire pit" is a great invention! It is easy to start and it burns for a long time. It is hot enough to roast a hot dog or marshmallow over it. I like that it comes with a "hot pad" sort of panel that you put underneath the fire pit, so that the heat doesn't damage your driveway or wherever you use it. I think this would be a great thing to have in an emergency kit, because it lasts so long and is easy to store away. Just one word of caution: do not use water to put out this kind of fire! You need to let it burn out, or blow it out, or cover it up to deprive it of oxygen. If you pour water on it, it will mix with the fuel and could cause fire to "splash" out at you.
