I find these caplets effective and vital during this cold winter season. It has helped me to stay well and not to catch any colds and flue. Caplets are quite big, but actually easy to swallow with water. Great value for money. Would purchase again.

I was sceptical of taking vitamin tablets but thought I’d give these ago as I have been feeling lethargic lately. After a few days of taking these I feel more energetic (not athletes standard) but better in myself and more active. I will carry on using these as I can feel the benefits which is also improving my lifestyle (going out seeing friends instead of sitting in my chair at home).

This is by far my preference in vitamin c tablets. Love it.

Pills are way too big and there is no good reason for that

Taking it once a day with another zinc supplement. Easy, convenient, and good product. No complaints so far!
