A thicker than expected exercise equipment mat, suitable for laying down on carpets and wooden flooring, to protect them from the heavy exercise equipment. The mat measures 180cm (Long) x 80cm (Wide), and 4mm thick. It comes with 2 elastic loops, so you can roll it back up and secure it, when it’s not being used. We wanted this mat to use on our carpets with a folding treadmill, as we’d been advised to get one, because treadmills can shed an amount of rubber while being used and we didn’t want to ruin the carpet. Also, because they are heavy, they can leave indentations in the carpet, but with this mat it didn’t, even when left in the same place for several days. Any indentations on the mat soon disappear like memory foam. I advise using a mat with any piece of exercise equipment and I thoroughly recommend this one.

I purchased the matt mainly for my Walk/Run machine as well as working out with free weights. Arrived a day earlier( always a bonus) Friday 26/4. Length was perfect. So far so good. It has been on the floor & used since its arrival. My walking pad has stayed put. No slipping. The matt is soft but very stable. My machine is quite weighty, I know it will leave a few indentations on the matt over time,due to the use it will have. That's fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this mat to use underneath the rowing machine we bought (JLL® R200 Luxury Home Rowing Machine, 2024 Model Rowing Machine Fitness Cardio Workout with Adjustable Resistance, Advanced Driving Belt System, 12-Month Warranty, Black and Silver Colour). This is a great option to provide some buffering. The extra length of this mat keeps the total length of the rowing machine away from a floor or carpet. Can definitely recommend this mat, especially to use under the rowing machine.

Bought this to protect my wooden floor from an a new bulldog air bike which I have been giving some real punishment to. In short it does the trick, only gripe I had was that it took a while to completely flatten out - had to put some weights on the corners and move around after a few days to flatten out the narrow edges. Thicker than I was expecting, doesn't move around and does the job I bought it for well.
