In love with it
Use it to do computer programming . Quick enough to test arduinos and servo. Like a pc but easy to travel with don't even need to use the keyboard as its got one but in.

Nice package, poor handwriting, poor support
The media could not be loaded. I've written to support with this query but haven't had a good response yet - so unfortunately I will probably have to return this device. The package seems to be a great deal for £340 - a beautiful screen, included stylus and keyboard. But there is one big issue which completely hampers the functionality for meThe stylus has not been configured properly - which means that handwriting and drawing looks awful. There are other reports of the same problem on the Chuwi forum, but nothing has been done for months.I want to take notes with this device and now won't be able to.Other bugbears are that this is a US keyboard not a UK keyboard, so the £ sign is missing and these are in the wrong place: @"#~¬The windows 11 system runs fairly slowly too - but with some tweaks this can be improved.Overall I will probably have to return this device if the stylus support isn't fixed.

Worth the gamble
Was quite a gamble purchasing this from a “not-so” recognised brand. So far it’s been really good and I have no complaints. I’m doing more work on it than my primary laptop. At the time I purchased it, I had some vouchers to hand - I’m not entirely sure if this post would exist if I had to pay the full price for it.Also I’m still yet to fully test the battery life but from what I’ve seen so far it’s standard - nothings exceptional but definitely ok at the very least and depending on use, very good. One thing is the sound - it’s not the best but manageable once you change some settings.

Amazing flexibility to use it either as a tablet or as a laptop depending on the moment
Very portable yet powerful tablet / laptop that allows you to use it both as an ideal device as a tablet when on leisure (on trips and holidays), as well as as a laptop when more focused on work activities. Its flexibility is one of its greatest advantages. The screen is big, really bright and with a very high level of detail, and the device is not too heavy taking into account its size. The stand on the back side comes in very handy so as to not have to hold it all the time, but I would recommend being careful when opening and closing it.Its 8gb of RAM and its processor allow you to run the day-to-day websites, apps and software without an issue, and the ROM memory will be more than enough for most casual users.Comes with a stylus pen, which is accurate and may come handy for those using the tablet for design purposes. It also comes with a keyboard, which is detected immediately after plugging it in at the bottom of the screen. The keys have a nice touch and will not feel strange to the user, despite being a detachable keyboard.Connectivity-wise it has enough ports so no need for plug in adapters for extra USB ports. If anything, I would have liked the battery to last a bit longer, but the big screen size explains that. In any case, you will be able to get 4-5 hours of usage time with a full charge. It can also be charged via USB-C, so you can charge it with a power bank in any case.

Extremely Disappointed with UBook Xpro and the CHUWI After Sales Service
I purchased the UBook Xpro less than a year ago, hoping it would be a reliable and versatile laptop/tablet. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The tablet/laptop started exhibiting problems within a few months of purchase, and with very light usage of 3-4 hours per week. Namely, the device has stopped recognizing the SSD entirely; this has rendered the device completely unusable. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been appalling. When I contacted the service team for support and described the problem, I was informed that I needed to send the device for repair to Hong Kong (from the UK). The postage costs would burden me, and the entire process would take approximately two months! For a device that is less than a year old, such poor reliability and the additional burden of costly, lengthy repairs are totally unacceptable.I would strongly urge potential buyers to avoid the UBook Xpro and other Chuwi devices altogether.

Bad backlight bleed and sound output
Excitement turned to disappointment when I noticed that every corner and edge has pronounced backlight bleed. Also at maximum volume sound was extremely quiet. I know it's a cheaper alternative but the quality does not warrant the price tag.

2 in 1
This is the best deal I can find from the market for 2 in 1 tablet and I do think I made a good choice. The battery last a decent time, the screen resolution is clear as HD level, the touch screen respond fast to our command and the keyboard is comfort to use. Overall the laptop runs perfect as a work laptop and children tablet when I finish work, wjth touch screen they can get used with it faster. 2 in 1 fulfill the demend we have in the family, plesant with it.
