Important book for those who would like to be a yoga teacher
This book was recommended me to buy in preparation for my Kundalini yoga teacher training, great book , easy to interpret.

Kundalini Beginner
I am just beginning on my kundalini journey and I can say that this book is a wonderful outline for someone who wants to know everything there is to know about the practice and how it can help your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies! I LOVE the illustrations and everything is explained so well that there is no confusion. The book is not intimidating at all and can be easily read. I am going to use this book a lot as I move through my journey of kundalini yoga as a practitioner.

Great Kundalini yoga text book
Required reading for my Kundalini YTT. I enjoyed learning the connection between all the layers of the body, scientific explanations, and simple practices one may incorporate into their lifestyle

Deeply informative and exciting for Yoga/Anatomy nerds
This book is such a wealth of information. It unpacks the deeper functioning levels of Kundalini Yoga from the perspectives of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Western medicine and Yogi Bahjan's teachings. If I ever feel in a rut with my practice this will be a go-to book to find inspiration.

Wow what an amazing book. I have been teaching kundalini yoga and meditation since 1991 and this book has been very helpful with explaining the relationship between yoga and the human body. Thank you for writing this book.

Perfect, and arrived so fast!

An engaging and well-informed read
I love this book! I'm in Kundalini Yoga Teacher training and this is our course-book. It's shedding light on many things I've been told in the past - I now understand the 'whys'! The anatomy breakdown for each part of the body is offered as scientific, practical and proven methods. I cannot say how highly I value what I've learned in this book and am excited to be able to put it into my own practice and classes I'm planning for others. Even though there are no instructional visuals for poses, the content offers many insights about the components of Kundalini yoga - asanas, meditations, breathwork, mantras and mudras. If you are interested in learning how yoga and the body work together, you'll be amazed. If you are diving deeper into Kundalini yoga in particular - this is the book for you!!!
