Works well, good value
I had older metal tire levers. These are light weight and stronger than I imagined. took my tires off and on as expected.

Looks sturdy but broke quickly
Looked sturdier than the previous levers I had. But just like those, the front end snapped putting in a 27 1 1/4" tire on an old bike. Good there are three in package! Was able to use the second one and it did not snap.

Not for scooters
I can see it working well for bicycle tires, but it's useless for electric scooter tires the tire on scooters is too ridgid and this tool just bends out of shape and I ended up using 2 screw drivers.
