A High Quality Porridge With a Superior Taste
These Jumbo Oats are excellent quality and very good value. The taste is far superior to other makes of well known porridge that are found on the supermarket shelves. Another plus is that this porridge is organic. It is easy and quick to make and you can added almost anything to it for a varied taste and additional health benefits including blueberries, strawberries, nuts etc. I usually make mine in the microwave with water for the first few minutes followed by a good dash of milk to finish the last stage - lovely! I've also bought the Wholefood Earth Porridge Oats which are smaller in size. They are also super tasting and of the same high standard. They are quicker to cook than the Jumbo Oats. I prefer the Jumbo Oats so the slightly longer cooking time isn't an issue for me. I highly recommend these Jumbo Oats and I won't even consider and alternative!

Great chunky oats
I dislike a lot of the oats that they sell in supermarkets, as they're really small and powdery, which means porridge ends up with no texture. These oats are big, chunky ones so they are better if you leave them to soak for a bit before using but, in my opinion, result in a better end product. Mine came in a big, thick, plastic pack so easy to store also.

Tasty and good value
This is the best porridge I've had. Quick to cook and very satisfying. Also good value for money.

nice oats, shame about the plastic bag...
I microwave these oat in skimmed milk every morning, leave to thicken, add blueberry's and that breakfast five days of the week, sadly eaten over a keyboard as I start work for the day... They're filling and I guess taste ok, although I think most of the flavor comes from the milk and berries Most surprising of all is the use of a plastic bag for packaging

Use these to make oatmilk, and the pulp for cereal...saves us a fortune
In my household we don't drink cow's milk, only plant. My son gave me a link via YouTube how to make oatmilk, and omg it's so simple and quick...wish I done this years ago. I bought some nutbags few weeks back and having these oats in such quantity, I make about 2pints of milk every two days. 1) In a Pyrex dish, I put 10tbsp oats in with 2pints of boiling water; put a plate over to stop steam escaping... 2) After leaving for 2hours, I then rinse the oats under cold tap in a sieve. 3) Pour half the oats in a food blender with a pint of cold water. Blend on high for 2minuites. 4) Put nutbag in a big bowl and pour mixture in, squeeze oat mixture to get milk... ★dont discard the pulp that's left in bag—use it for cereal later★ 5) Then I put 1tsp coconut sugar, 2pitted chopped dates, 1tsp Vanilla extract into blender....before pouring milk back in and blend on high for another minute. 6) Once done, pour into a jug with lid and store in fridge for no more than 3days. Then repeat the process again with the remainder of the oat mixture. ★The pulp that's left over in the nutbag...can be used in many recipes or mixed in with cereals★ ‡I then make banana milk‡

They are organic
I us these in my smoothies every day. The oats not only taste nice but add a little thickness to the smoothies which I like to heat in the microwave and then consume from a bowl. A very healthy meal.
