Works very well for aches/pains
So happy I found this supplement. I kept getting Charlie horses in my 3rd trimester and it was becoming unbearable. My water intake wasn't bad and overall staying hydrated (electrolytes) was decent. I decided to give this a try and to my pleasant surprise it actually made my Charlie horses go away. Highly recommend!

Allergic Reaction!
I’m very disappointed this product isn’t returnable! I took ONE (thankfully not two, as suggested by the company) last night before bed. Not only didn’t I sleep, I found my breathing restricted! The wheezing didn’t stop until morning, and I still don’t feel right today. Be careful! This was an expensive risk for me, and one I won’t repeat.
