I don't know if it's working or not as there wasn't a specific symptom we wanted to treat with this. We have been taking this daily for a number of months now just to help with boosting the different beneficial strains of bacteria in the gut. We even opened a capsule and mixed it into our homemade yoghurt, it did not affect the flavour. It's a smaller sized capsule and no flavour so easy to take. We take too many supplements to be able to discern what this is specifically contributing to our overall health but we trust that it's doing something. In general we are healthy with resilient immune systems, not really getting sick, once every 2-3 years for me, once every 5 years for hubby. As long as taking this doesn't affect that track record or even improves it, we're happy to keep taking it - we're trusting it's at the very least, a form of gut health maintenance.

Ottimo prodotto. Va presa insieme con inulina per avere migliore digestione e benessere intestinale. Funziona davvero.

Je les utilise pour faire mes propres yaourts avec du lait entier bio, 36h de fermentation à 36°C, et ça marche nickel. La texture est bonne, la fermentation se fait bien, et niveau digestion, c'est efficace. Bien tolérés dans mon cas, et surtout, pas besoin d’attendre des semaines pour voir un effet : en quelques jours, on sent déjà la différence. Moins de ballonnements, un ventre plus léger et, en prime, un petit boost émotionnel. Le seul bémol ? Il manque la référence de la souche spécifique sur l’emballage, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus pour savoir exactement ce qu’on prend. Reste à voir sur le long terme, mais pour l’instant, c'est validé.
