It really halps heal the acne faster in the first few days of using. Don't expect exfoliate and etc in the first days. It may take from weeks to month. If you have active acne, generally the skin is very sensitive. Or if you sensitive skin, don't start the product directly. First few days, try to dilute and apply it, so that the skin can adjust and accept the new product. Take your time..Slowly increase the concentration until skin accepts normalcy. No matter how good the product is, sensitive skin needs time to adjust for actives. Otherwise you may feel slight tingling/ burning sensation. This is MY experience with it. Hope this helps

The product quality is good for oily acne prone skin type its control my acne with in a week after using it but the only problem is the packing. I don't know why the bottle break on its own after a week and when I found it almost 50 ml of product was already leaked and then I transfered it to another bottle, the bottle its self break after 5 days then I again transfered it to another bottle but this time I transfered it to glass one and then after so many transfer I save only upto 90 -100ml of product hence the product was wonderful but it was wastes so plz do good packaging that will sute the product quality bcz the product is actually too good for me . I don't know that this is only happens to me or its the packaging is poor .
