Here's a picture of one dose (2 capsules) next to the bottle. They're smooth and slick, so easy to swallow. The inside of the bottle has a weird smell. I'm pretty sure it's the bottle itself, because when I take out 2 capsules and sniff only those, I don't smell anything. These seem good, but I don't love proprietary blends....I prefer to know exactly what the ingredients and strengths are. Overall is okay, but it's always hard to tell with supplements whether they're doing anything.

I got these to take with NAC and Vitamin C. glutathione is a strong antioxidant and great for detoxing and hormone balancing. I like that these pills are on the smaller side, round and easy to take.

Work exactly as described. I actually take these at night with my nad+ & calm magnesium. Huge benefits noticed after first night. And after two weeks of consistent use. 🤯 Better quality sleep (wake up refreshed no matter how many times husband wakes me up through-out the night) major improvement in skin texture (50 yrs old), only ONE side effect....a good one - stomach day decreased, weight down and measurements are down! Not sure that was supposed to happen but I'll take it!

I'm impressed with the clean and short list of ingredients in this product- nothing you wouldn't want, and everything you would. I would, however, appreciate knowing what is in the manufacturer's 'proprietary blend'. The value is good, and I'll be back to purchase again when I run out.
