I bought this Fan by thinking that it's noiceless and it's costly so it would have been a good quality but to my surprise, it's making noice and also It has stopped working after 7 days from the date of installation. I raised a complaint on 11th November .. engineer visited in 15th November after so many follow ups, he changed the entire moter. One more update on 19th November. Remote was not syncing with Fan so engineer again visited and again changed the entire moter. Engineer was saying that he is getting lot of complaints for these Havells Fans. Choose another product but don't go for Havells Fans

I am very disappointed with this fan. I bought 5 units of this product in my new home and after using it for 2.5 years I observed that every couple of months I faced issue with one fan or the other and in most of the cases the issue was with its PCB. Every few months any one fan would stop working and I would need to contact the service guy. Another problem that added it the inconvience was that in all cases I had to wait for 15-30 days for the new PCB to be replaced. Imagine always having one fan in your house not working for so many days every few months. Also it is not as Dust resistance as it is claimed. If you use the fan regularily or on daily basis you will find good amount of dust sticking to the fan which need to be manually removed. Air flow of the fan is good i would say. I don't find it value for money based on this expirience as paying about 2-3 times the price of a regular fan I would never buy such expensive fans with high maintenance. After 2 years warranty now if I face any problem I need to spend good amount of money to maintain them.

Latest review Stopped working in middle of night, after 2 years and three months. Just out of warranty. Now I’ve to look for repairs. FYI I have a Line voltage stabiliser installed in my house. Just like LED bulb which fails just out of warranty. Update Repair cost Rs. 1947. Think before buying. Old Review Stealth comes at cost of speed! It’s slow and silent. If you see the video you’ll be able to hear clock ticking even when fan speed is full. I could hear sound of rain with fan on. But goodness comes at cost of speed. So in a regular fan of you keep speed at 3 or 4 it’s silent too. During nights you’ll feel hot. And mind it, this is monsoon season. In summers this fan will be bad. It’s like keeping your regular fan at speed 3. Power saving is there. I measured around 40w consumption, but my meter is not calibrated so it could be lower or higher. Looks wise it’s elegant. Comes with a safety wire rope string. Build quality is good. You can enjoy tv/movies without fan noise disturbing you. But end of the day speed is low and you’ll feel hot. I’ll rate this fan 3.5/5 Free installation 5/5 Time to install 2 days. 4/5 Looks 4.5/5 Noise factor 4.5/5 not fully silent Speed 2.5/5 Sucks.

It worked fine for 2 years ( the warranty is for 2 years only ) and after that it started having problems on the remote where the speed control has a problem. In my case when you press speed 5, the fan will run at speed 1. When i raised a service request the technician told me that the pcb has a problem and that it needs to be changed. The pcb cost is Rs.1650+250 for service, so almost Rs.1900 for replacing that. I dont think that its a valuable investment and would recomend buyer to look for some other BLDC fans which offer longer warranty. These guys are still improving the quality and Havels is still not in the stage where it can be trusted. They themselves are giving only 2y warranty which shows the trust they have on their product.

Its been 5 days to purchase this product and no person came for installation even raise complaints at Havells customer care, installation person is assigned but didn't receive any call from that person and the person not even bother to answer the call. This is the worst customer experience provided by Havells. Because of this frustration I am giving this least rating. From the product side, this is my 2nd purchase of this same fan which I am using from past few weeka, Its really a good product.

We purchased four fans based on their specifications and appearance. While they look good, the quality has been disappointing. Within the first year, one of the fans started making a lot of noise, and we encountered customer service issues. Despite numerous follow-ups, it took several months to resolve the issue. Another fan stopped working due to a PCB failure, and after raising a complaint, it has been nearly 20 days without a response from customer support. Each time we contact them, we are given assurances that it will be fixed, but even the escalation team has been unable to assist. If you want to use it as disposable fan you can buy it and test your luck WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Got 8 fans for my home, while the installation was smooth, none of the fans have ever worked smoothly. About the product (2/5) 1. 2 of the 8 fans stopped working on its own. They replaced some "circuit" for 1 of the fan and repaired another (without confirming what was fixed). Even after the replacement the fan didn't work on some speeds. The Havells engineer asked me directly... "Who told you to buy these fans", they don't work. 2. Remote takes a multiple attempts to take the command. (You need to press the switch 3-4 times). 3. None of the fan starts on first instance. Every time the fan starts, it results in 4-5 big jerks and then it stops with 3 beeps. This repeats for 3-7 times and then it will start. It's pathetic for a premium product. Havells Service (-100 out of 5) 1. Havells Service is a joke. After 100s of calls and numerous mails, I have been able to get the technician visit me 3 times. They are simply not interested in helping once the sale is done. 2. The engineer who visits is generally affiliated with local dealer and once they figure out its online order, they have least interest in fixing the product. I generally don't go to consumer protection forum, but its so pathetic and I will definitely go to consumer forum because I have spent ~50,000+ Rs on this stupid use less brand. PLEASE AVOID IT AT ALL COST.

I ordered a Havells fan from Amazon, and it hasn't worked since the day it arrived. The Havells installation team never contacted me to schedule an appointment. After no response, I reached out to a local vendor, but even they couldn't get it to work. I then contacted Amazon for a resolution, only to be told my only option was to raise an inspection request with Havells. That inspection was scheduled for 10 days later but was mysteriously auto-cancelled after 7 days — conveniently coinciding with the return window expiration on Amazon. Now, I'm stuck with a faulty fan, no return option from Amazon, and no service from Havells. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare — a complete failure in post-sale service by both Amazon and Havells. I never expected such a lack of accountability and customer care from brands of this scale.
