I used to take scitron whey earlier no doubt that scitron is on of the best whey from last three month I am using Nakpro Isolate and found that this whey is way more than my expectation , taste is good , mixibility is good , enhanced performance in gym , result is good , The best part is Value for money.

The product is good if you are a first timer and looking for something within a budget. The muscle building qualities of this P.powder are true, a very useful product, good in taste, easy to digest (at least for me it was) and faced minimum issues with the 1kg packet. (Also comes with a scoop).Cons:It depends on body to body but I did face the side effect of hair fall (roughly after 2 weeks of intake) so if you start facing any such side effect, please immediately stop using it. (used to take 1 scoop in a day)Now I have switched to avatar brand and do not face the hair fall issue anymore.

I'm a woman and don't do heavy lifting, just lighter weights and yoga. I bought this to increase my protein consumption to see if it helps with satiety, etc. Not sure if it does. Sometimes it seems to have this effect but other times I'm still hungry, etc. Between this, eating more potatoes and adding more fats, I seem to have fewer cravings. I don't think protein on its own is doing anything for fullness but I like adding it in anyway.As someone who has never consumed protein powder before, I really like the neutral, milk powder-like taste. In the beginning, I had a few issues with digestion and felt uncomfortably full but it went away. I had made some other diet changes so that could also be the reason. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking a whole scoop at once, drink two half scoops two times a day and try and drink slowly (don't chug) and with a meal. That really helped me get used to this. As someone who can't digest soy or chickpeas, this is a nice protein supplement. I also love that there are no artificial sweeteners in this as I can't digest those either. I just drink it plain with water but drinking it with cold milk and some instant coffee is also delicious.Only negative is I got a pack with defective ziplock ie the ziplock didn't open. I had to cut it and seal it with clips.

If you are beginner I suggest you to not choose this whey protein as it has some digestive issues. I bought unflavored of it. And Seriously it tastes very bad and if you forgot to wash your shaker after drinking it and if it stays in your shaker for some hours it smells like hell too bad.The bloating is little bit more than other brands.The reason why I am giving this product 3 star is because it has good results in your body and due to the price factor as it provides isolate whey protein below 2000.And It has around 28-29 gm protein on as-is basis in it.If you are beginner so I should suggest you to not buy this product rather than go for the blended whey options if you have a budget of less than 2000.Ex:- As-it-is,XLR8,Fast and up etc.

Double rich chocolate flavour is disgusting. I've tried many flavours, this is one of the worst. Other flavours taste good with milk, cookies and cream being the best. Everything else is subpar honestly. If budget is not an issue, buy something better.

The protein is great, my body absorbs it well, no issues there. Mixability is questionable. It leaves lumps, but I use a grinder so it's fine. Vanilla flavor is bad. Go for Cookie cream of coffee. Can give good results if consumed twice a day with balanced diet.
