I have been taking hair support supplements for my thinning hair. This product contains 500 mg of biotin which may help build healthier nails, hair & skin.The bottle came safety wrapped and sealed with an inner foil. You take 2 capsules daily and best taken with a meal. The expiration date was 10/2025 and the 60 count bottle should last about one month.This was sent to me as a part of the Amazon vine program and is provided for no cost but is considered income for tax purposes. My review is my personal assessment of the product and my goal is to give a complete and honest evaluation.

I haven't used these long enough to see any difference in my thinning hair, but I have not experienced any detrimental side effects. The combination of vitamins and supplements are generally known for hair/skin/nail health, but there are pills out there with greater amounts of these ingredients available. My real issue with this product is the confusing dosage information. The bottle contains 60 individual capsules, and the serving size is two. BUT the bottle then says there are a full 60 servings. Well, by my math, that does not add up: two capsules per serving means this bottle contains 30 servings. Because of this discrepancy, the percentage provided of each vitamin is unclear: are those numbers for two capsules, or one? To further complicate matters, the product page claims you take 2 capsules TWICE a day--so now this one bottle lasts only two weeks. Which set of numbers is correct here? I will finish out this bottle, but with the unclear math for this, I doubt I will continue with it.

Good nutritional supplement for overall health not just for hair health with the vitamin b and e and herbal saw pamento. The size of the capsules are large but easy to swallow being capsules. They do work to swallow better with food like yogurt if you're like me. They don't have a bad smell or taste and i didn't notice any bad aftereffects. Vitamin B is good for energy i think i did have more energy afterwards. Not sure yet if it helps my hair but seems beneficial overall. Stay healthy and God bless you!

I have thinning hair and I’m always looking for something that will help. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. The directions say to take two capsules daily. The capsules are easy to swallow.I have been taking these capsules for a few weeks and I do believe they have made my hair thicker. I’m hoping eventually to see some hair growth where there is thinning spots.I have not experienced any side effects from these pills.

My son and I have been taking these for the past couple of days. Sometimes I'll take 2 with or without a meal and no issues. Monitoring any growth but for now I'm taking them diligently. Great value for the purpose.

As I get older the curse of my mother's side of the family is starting to hit me and that is the curse of baldness, right now I only have thinning hair so I want to try to get ahead of this if I can so when I saw these I figured what's the harm in trying. It came packaged just fine and all sealed up including a safety seal on the bottle. You get 60 pills and directions are 2 a day so a 30-day supply. I've started taking them it says to take them with meals but if you don't I've been fine with it. I'm only on day 2 of this and while I have not noticed any results yet I also have not noticed any side effects. All in all, so far I'm happy with it and can't wait to see if it really works as it says.
