Fast spinner
Works fantastic but was supposed to be 5RPM, first one was about 26RPM and replacement was even faster. Not really a nightclub issue but much to fast for my needs.

Missing the hook
hook to hang it from was missing. And it only functions on one speed instead of two the second speed setting will work for a couple of seconds before shutting off

Pretty low quality and the motor stopped working after about a week
Spins faster than I'd like and it would be nice to have a remote since it hangs from the ceiling, but you get what you pay for or at least you should. On battery power the power switch for mine did not work, it would not turn off at all. On USB power it would and worked fine--for about a week, until the motor stopped working (the lights still work). Even for $20 I'd expect the motor to work for more than week, but it's cheap enough it's not worth going through the trouble to return it to get a replacement (I still have the ball, I still want something to spin it and shine on it). You'd probably be better off going with a higher quality product unless you only care that it work for a week.

Works really well for what I needed
Looks great and worked well in lighting up a small area. My main complaint is it died pretty quickly and I had to replace the batteries after about 3 hours so it wasn't the best for an all night party. The cord it came with was too short to be practical for plugging it in. Otherwise for being the cheapest option on Amazon, it did what I was hoping for.
