Update - Warranty Replacement
July 2022 -When I bought these bands in 2020, I bought 4, red, black, purple and green. I get a pretty decent amount of use out of them and enjoy using them. The black band is the first that broke, not sure why. Then the purple, and then finally the Green. By the time the green broke I felt like I was just losing them all so I went searching for warranty with MummyFit and found that you have to email [email protected] to report a broken band. They need a pic of said band, with logo visable and they will send you a replacement. I still had the broken green band, but not the other two that broke - I threw them out not thinking. After I sent a pic to the support email, explaining my situation they quickly shipped me a replacement for all three bands!! Very pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend MummyFit for the attention to customer satisfaction and stellar warranty. Hope this helps your purchase decision.March 2022 -Black band broke today :(Bought this band with 3 others back in July 2020 and it unfortunately snapped today. Wondering how to contact the seller to see about a replacement as the reason I purchased from MummyFit was their ability to replace broken bands!

They aren't easy, but they are possible
It's been years since I have done pull ups on a regular basis. Getting back into pull ups isn't something you just "do," from my experience. I don't have the time to get to the gym to complete the full workout routines to strengthen my back enough, so these mummy bands are a real boon! There is a tiny learning curve while you get used to the assistance and enhanced swinging from the bands. Once you get past that, which only takes a few pull-up sets, you are knocking out reps. They aren't easy, but they are possible. Ando each time you hit your goal with your current band, you grab one with less assistance and hit the bar. I haven't hit zero resistance yet, but I'm well on my way. And when I am finally able to bust out 30 pull-ups on my own, the bands are there to help me on my"off " days when something just isn't right (ate wrong, slept poorly, etc. ) and to help me reach additional goals. I fully intend on using them to increase my raw strength as well by using them as a tether so that I can weigh 200lbs, but be able to pull-up more than my bodyweight. I have a 6mo old son and I can only imagine how much fun it will be to have him hanging from my shoulders as I teach him how fun exercising can be.As you can see in the picture, you can set up all your bands at once since they do not require a "perfect" angle to be effective. This makes switching from band to band in a single workout a breeze. Adding additional assistance when you hit a wall only takes a few seconds so you don't lose your momentum if you are looking to grab those last few reps before failure. And the Mummy Bands aren't just for pull-ups... no, they can be used for push-ups, squats, lunges. If it is a bodyweight workout, the bands can enhance it.As for quality, the bands are very similar to surgical tubing used by hospitals. Very durable and very strong. I expect that they will last me a very long time. And even when I do have to replace them, the price is very good.I have to go. The pull-up bar is calling.

5 Things to Think About Before Buying One of These Bands
First, I should say that I've been doing pull-ups for a while, but I bought one of these bands (the green one) to help me get my first muscle-up. Simply put, I think these bands add a lot to any pull-up workout. Here are five things that I think you should know before buying these bands:1. The designation of lbs. per band can be a little confusing. Basically, the bigger, more expensive bands will pull you up to the bar much more powerfully. So if you're light and need a lot of help or heavy and need a little help, you'll use the same band.2. As a general rule, I'd say start out with a bigger band, as it'll make things easier. You can always buy a smaller one later or adjust your form (by bending the knee of the banded leg) to ease up the pulling power.3. Using one of these bands means that you can do pull-ups with various grips, explosive pull ups, and even muscle ups. So your range of activities should increase.4. Some people even use these bands for things like one-armed push ups, hanging the end over one shoulder down on the ground (attached to a bar). I haven't gotten into this, but it's an option.5. I haven't seen anyone else talk about this, but take note: these bands can slip off your foot and snap you right in the face (or elsewhere). It's pretty easy to keep this from happening, but you are dealing with a massive rubber band -- so take note!As I've only used my band for about a month, I'm not sure how long it'll last. I'm guessing a year or two, given my experience with other workout bands. However, I'm 5-stars all the way on this band because it's getting me up and over the bar!

Does what it is says but is expensive for the one item you get. We got a green band and it really does help with pull-up reps. Not much else to say.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Misleading description!!!!
Buyers of this exercise band should understand that the Product description is misrepresentation of the actual offer. The Product description states "(SINGLE Band Only - 5 Levels to Choose From | Mix & Match Bands as Needed)". Considering this I had ordered two of those and followed up with an email that I wanted 1 in Green and the other in Blue. However I got a reply that it would not be possible and I would be given 2 bands of red color. This is a case of misrepresentation as the words "Mix and Match Bands as Needed" is clear to any English speaker that the choice of bands is promised. Avoid the Seller like plague!!!!
