Hi does anyone know how well this performs with pet hair? Our dogs shed alot.

We have only used ours once and we were very impressed - we have a Lab who sheds all year normally we hoover then mop wooden floors (we have about 100m2 of oak floors) used the Crosswave and it was brilliant all pet hair and the colour of the used water was embarrassingly dirty Hope this helps

Do you have to use this produce with Bissell's floor cleaning product or can any product be used?

I use any floor detergents in mine and it works well as long as you are careful to dilute them well. I usually add one capful to the water tank.

Has anyone used this machine on vinyl/cushion floor.

Yes I've had mine about a year and it is fantastic - I couldn't believe the amount of dirt it collected! Also it vacuums, cleans and dries my floors are so clean when I've finished - I have two dogs who she'd hairs and the amount that comes up is amazing.

Do you need to put water in every use or can you use as a hoover only?

Morning, although this is a machine that is a multi-surface cleaner so can be used as a vacuum. We wouldn't recommend using this as a standard vacuum but rather a floor cleaner. Kind Regards Bissell Consumer Care.
