Seeking Health ProBiota HistaminX has been an excellent probiotic for supporting gut health and digestion. It’s designed explicitly for people sensitive to histamine, and I’ve had no adverse reactions with it. The capsules are easy to take, vegan, and made with a clean formula. It helps with digestive comfort and maintaining microbiome balance without causing side effects.

I chose this product specifically because I had higher than usual histamine levels, so I’m trying to be careful with my diet. Not having had my blood levels checked since taking this, I’m not sure what effect this is having, but my daily bathroom routine has become very regular. In this case, I’m ranking the probiotic very highly.

These pills are amazing! I've probably had histamine issues my whole life but I think it's gotten worse in the last 10-20 years. The day these arrived I was coughing all day, constantly blowing my nose, etc. Within 20 minutes of taking this pill the coughing stopped and I quickly noticed how much easier it was to breathe. I've been taking these for I believe 10 days now and I'm now able to eat higher amounts of histamine food without having to also eat DAO pills + feel sick. This stuff is awesome! The only side effect from this pill is insane amounts of farting which I'm cool with. I'm honestly shocked I haven't woken up my wife from the volume + noise of the farting lol. But it's so worth it!

Though I can not say for sure, this particular product -Histaminx- may have contributed to a raging UTI. I actually like other products that Seeking Health puts out. In fact I had been using their other Probiota Bifido with good results for many months. (I do have histamine issues). It is very expensive though-$50 for 60 caps.I noticed back in November, when I needed to re-order, that they offered this other product and it was $17 cheaper, so I thought I would give it a try. It seemed to be good at keeping me regular, so I thought great! I found something that works as well for $17 less, and forgot about it. Shortly thereafter, I started getting UTI symptoms for the 1st time since my early 20's -I'm 55 now so it's been a very long time. I went almost mad trying to clear up this UTI. Pure Cranberry, Echinacea/Goldenseal , Uva Ursi, D-Mannose, Vitamin C, very clean living etc, etc. It just kept coming back. I am on a very healthy anti-inflammatory diet so I could not figure out what or why I was plagued with these issues. I am someone who NEVER gets sick. I have been with my boyfriend for some time, without any issues in this department, so I was pretty certain it was not sex related.I started doing more and more research online in the last few days and weeks as it was starting to cause extreme anxiety as well as rejecting my sweetheart. When I first read how important it was to be on a good probiotic for UTI's I thought, OK, check. After all I had been on this expensive brand for a while, so it must be something else. I had actually forgotten that I switched to a different one a couple months ago. My symptoms have been getting worse with each passing day.A lightbulb finally went off over my head last week, as I finally remembered that I had made this switch. Also, it was the only change I had made in my supplements. I ordered the $50 bifido supplement from the same company via Amazon. I started back on it a few days ago, and all my symptoms have been fading away, more and more with each passing hour.. As I mentioned, I have no real proof that this product caused such an imbalance in my delicate system so as to cause such an awful reaction. And I do like the other product this company puts out, but I wanted to document this in case any one else experiences it, especially ladies. As others mentioned, probiotics work differently for everyone, and this may be the holy grail for someone else, but it was a nightmare for me.

Over the past year or so, I have been noticing really bad environmental allergies and food sensitivities even though I’ve been getting allergy shots for years. I started seeing a naturopathic doctor last year who put me on a personalized diet plan, but I was still having issues. I heard about histamine intolerance and when I did some research, I noticed that I had a lot of the symptoms. After researching I began taking quercetin (which I’m sure helps but I didnt notice significant changes). I also heard about histamine blockers and histamine probiotics. After a search on Amazon, I found multiple options, but went with this one because it’s a one-a-day supplement and I use the vitamin D in this brand. I struggle with swallowing capsules so I definitely wasn’t getting anything that required multiple pills a day. I’ve been taking this probiotic for about 2 weeks now. When I first started taking it, I noticed a lot of nausea. Even though I was experiencing nausea, I really didn’t want to stop taking it because it was doing what it was supposed to do. I wasn’t waking up with a headache, cough, and runny nose anymore. I decided to start taking it at bedtime. It helped but I was still getting nauseated. What ultimately worked is opening up the pill and taking it with a little bit of juice. Apparently my body cannot handle the full dose going directly to my digestive system. I am so thankful I found these probiotics because I believe that enjoying all types of foods are one of the joys of life.

My son is autistic has been having nasal congestion for most of his life. We had cleaned up his diet for two weeks. We added this along with caprylic acid and chlorella and the next day he had INSANE energy and clarity. He did take a 5 hour nap the second day (hello die off). This is the answer to our prayers!
